ICI permit values in Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo nearly doubled in the October-January period year-over-year and increased in all three sectors. Institutional permit values had the biggest percentage increase, up 186% in the four-month period. Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo’s commercial permit values were up by 138% in the October-January period. Industrial permit values had the smallest increase, up by just over 2%.
