The Ontario Construction Secretariat (OCS) is now accepting applications for the Fundamentals of Construction Labour Relations course.
Developed in consultation with Constructionlab, piloted and peer reviewed by industry leaders in May 2023, this fundamentals course is officially being delivered in partnership with McMaster University’s Continuing Education Program. Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance and accreditation by Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Program.
Facilitated by an instructor and guest speakers, the three-day course is comprised of eight modules that will provide participants with a broad knowledge of construction labour relations practices in Ontario’s unionized ICI sector.
