On March 5, 2026, industry leaders and stakeholders gathered at The International Centre for the 26th Annual State of the Industry & Outlook Conference. The event brought together members of Ontario’s unionized ICI construction industry for a morning of insightful discussion, economic analysis, and meaningful industry connection.
This year’s program explored the key economic forces, industry perspectives, and policy developments shaping construction across the province. Attendees heard from a strong lineup of speakers who shared valuable insights on the current landscape and what lies ahead for the sector.
