Total ICI permit values in Windsor in the August-November period only increased by only 1.5% compared to the same period in the previous year. Permit values fluctuated much more at the sector level. Windsor’s industrial permit values declined by 13% year-over-year in the August-November period, while for the calendar year industrial permits fell by 11%. Commercial permit values increased by 85% in the August-November period, led by a $30.7 million permit for renovations to the Devonshire Mall. Windsor’s institutional permit values declined by 83% in the August-November period, although for the calendar year through November, institutional permit values are up by 14%.
