Building on a Foundation of Investment in Construction Trades Apprenticeship and Skills Training – October 2008
This study provides a comprehensive overview of construction trades apprenticeship in Ontario including the structure of the system and its evolution, the main players within the system, and the regulations which govern apprenticeship. Trends in apprenticeship data are examined including the significant investment made by the unionized construction industry in training.
