Led by the institutional sector, total ICI permit values in Windsor have increased by 45% year-over-year in the January-July period. Institutional permit values more than doubled, up nearly 150% compared to this point last year (through July). Institutional permit activity continues to account for nearly half of all ICI permits in Windsor, as it did in the latter half of last year. Windsor’s commercial permit values have also increased this year, up 23% so far compared to this point (through July) in 2016. Industrial permit values in Windsor are down by 11%.
