Permit values fell in all three ICI sectors in London in the August-November period year-over-year, declining 38% overall. For the calendar year through November, London’s ICI permit values are down 41% overall, with all three sectors seeing double-digit declines. Industrial permit values were halved in the August-November period, and down by nearly two-thirds in the calendar year through November. London’s industrial permit values fell by 37% in the August-November period year-over-year, while commercial permit values declined by 28%.
