ICI permit values in Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo were essentially unchanged in the past six months, declining by 3% compared to the previous August-January (2015-16) period. Both the industrial and institutional sectors actually had significant increases in permit values. Industrial permit values increased by 27% and institutional permits increased by nearly half. The ICI total was driven down though by the commercial sector which had a 28% decrease for the past six months.
