There’s been little change in Peterborough’s ICI permit activity compared to this point last year (through July). Total ICI permit values have declined by 4%, not even a million dollars less compared to last year. The only increase in Peterborough’s ICI sector this year so far is with institutional permit values, which are up by 3%. Peterborough’s commercial sector has seen the most change, with a 10% decline in permit values. Industrial permit values are down so far this year, but only by a few thousand dollars.
